Overview:
As a Social Media and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our brand's presence across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. You will be responsible for fostering engagement with our audience, managing customer inquiries and feedback, as well as assisting in product shoots and attending to walk-in clients interested in saree purchases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers both online and offline.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative ideas and trends in social media marketing.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Basic understanding of textile materials and fabric types.
• Understanding of fashion trends, styles, and aesthetics relevant to sarees and ethnic wear.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
