Social Media and Customer Engagement Specialist

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore.

Overview:
As a Social Media and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our brand's presence across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. You will be responsible for fostering engagement with our audience, managing customer inquiries and feedback, as well as assisting in product shoots and attending to walk-in clients interested in saree purchases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers both online and offline.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Freshers with a strong interest in social media management and customer engagement are encouraged to apply. While prior experience or relevant coursework is advantageous, we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn and grow within our dynamic team.
